Thinking of joining us? The BFLPT will be pleased to provide guidance and support to any academy wishing to join our Trust.
Support includes:
- Advice and guidance on the academisation process with the Department of Education.
- Support and guidance through the legal process, including access to solicitors and example documentation.
- Advice on consultation processes, including timelines, decision-making, and template documentation.
- Supporting with negotiations with the Local Authority regarding land transfer and related matters, including the Commercial Transfer Agreement.
- Advice, guidance and support on TUPE and staffing arrangement at the point of transfer.
