Our profiling workshop established in 2002,  which is the earliest  workshop in our company, with more than 140 employees. It has 12 Sino-German joint venture Jinfeng flame cutting machines, 2 Sino-German joint venture CNC plasma cutting machines, 10 oil presses, 1 through-type leveling machine and other equipment.

Our welding workshop provides structural parts welding, precision sheet metal parts manufacturing and processing services. With 160 employees, a lot of employees have passed the European Standard (EN287) and American Standard (ASME IX) welder certification of TUV. It has more than 100 Panasonic MAG welding machines, 25 TIG welding machines and 30 welding robots (Kuka and Panasonic). In 2018, our company obtained 3834 welding certification.

Our machining workshop has more than 70 employees.At the same time, we have 2 gantry machining centers, 2 CNC horizontal boring and milling machines, 11 CNC machining centers, 9 CNC drilling and tapping centers, and many other kinds of machining equipment: 6 CNC lathes, 3 ordinary lathes, 4 milling machines, 6 radial drilling machines, etc.

Our painting workshop was established in 2014, with 7 sand blasting equipment and 2 paint lines. More than 40 experienced painters provide sandblasting, painting and drying services.

Our ERP information technology and barcode management are adopted to ensure the accuracy of products in and out of storage. There are more than 80 employees.
